30g Tin Instructions

  1. You will combine the wet ingredients (the ones that melt) first on a double boiler in its own glass that can be heated. These Ingredients are: #2 Coconut Oil, #3 Shea Butter, and #4 Beeswax.
  2. Once the wet ingredients are all combined and mixed, use the thermometer to ensure that the mixture is no more than 176F before adding Ingredient #1 Zinc. If too hot, allow it to cool slightly.
  3. After mixing in the Zinc thoroughly for no less than 60 seconds, add the deep sea mud and mix for another 60 seconds.
  4. Add Ingredient #6 Cocoa Powder and mix thoroughly for no less than 60 seconds.
  5. Finally, add 5 drops of Ingredient #7 Vitamin E Oil and mix for 15-30 seconds.
  6. Allow to cool for 30-60 minutes before closing the tin and curing in the fridge.
  7. Label the tin as you prefer with the provided stickers, permanent marker, or otherwise.

Notes

    1. Use a small scale to zero out your measuring container & portion out each ingredient
    2. If the wet mixture begins to harden while mixing, mix in the double boiler on low to assist in keeping the mixture’s viscosity.
    3. This recipe makes 30g of product. Multiply as desired.
